SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number when creating a TaygaNet account, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and the services you request. Message types include password reset codes, contractor contact request alerts, approval and status notifications, and job-related updates from other users.
Message frequency: Messages are sent only when triggered by user actions — such as a contractor requesting to contact you, a customer approving your request, or a password reset. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages. Typical volume is low (a few messages per active project).
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to your number. You can also manage your communication preferences by logging into your account at tayganet.com.

Privacy — Mobile Numbers
TaygaNet does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for account-related transactional communications. We do not share end-user mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for any marketing or promotional purposes.
Platform Disclaimer
TaygaNet is a connection platform only. We provide a marketplace where customers and contractors can find each other, exchange information, and coordinate work. We are not a contractor, employer, agent, or representative of any user.
No liability for work performed. TaygaNet does not perform, supervise, guarantee, or insure any work arranged through the platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or completion of any services. All work agreements are strictly between the customer and the contractor.
Users assume full responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to research, vet, and decide whether to engage with another user. We provide a rating and review system to assist your decision-making, but ratings reflect individual user experiences and are not endorsements by TaygaNet. You accept all risks associated with hiring or working for another user.
Account termination. TaygaNet reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable access for any user who violates these terms, receives consistently poor ratings, engages in misconduct, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the platform. A disabled account may lose access to all platform features, including active requests, contact information, and payment history.
No warranty. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
